What Diversitech Global Is？
Diversitech Global designs, engineers and manufactures custom OEM and private-label tool set programmes, from prototype through production, for Global 500 retailers and brands.
The company owns and operates its manufacturing headquarters in Hangzhou, China — 10,000 square metres handling final assembly, kitting and in-house quality control. Five joint-venture partner factories, roughly 80,000 square metres combined, produce automotive sockets, cordless power tools, metal cabinetry and aluminium tool cases, plastic injection parts and blow-moulded components.
A further 350+ active, audited partner manufacturers extend the network beyond these six sites. Every one passes the Diversitech Global Factory Qualification Audit before its first purchase order and is re-scored every quarter against the Diversitech Global Supplier Performance Scorecard — quality, on-time delivery, price and responsiveness, each weighted and tracked. The five lowest-scoring suppliers are replaced every year.
Diversitech Global is the manufacturer of record on every programme it ships. Engineering, quality governance, kitting and final assembly happen in-house at Diversitech's own facility. The wider network provides specialist components and manufacturing capacity under Diversitech's audit and scorecard system.

Founder Simon Hopper moves to Taiwan for quality control and merchandising with a Hong Kong trading company.
1998

Partnership formed with the inventor of the patented "Mr. Seven Hands" 7-in-1 screwdriver.
Shanghai representative office established; the same year, Diversitech wins the Target Stores private-label tool program (23 SKUs, launched 2002).

Diversitech Global employs 120 people across product development, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, quality control and testing, digital media, warehousing, assembly and kitting, business development and administration.
Twenty-five members of the management team have worked with Simon for more than 15 years — 15 of them for more than 20. That experience and continuity are central to how Diversitech operates.
Current quality, environmental, social-compliance and supply-chain security credentials include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, amfori BSCI and C-TPAT. Diversitech Global holds Alibaba's Top-Ranked Seller status for tool sets.
