An Internal Structure That Has Undergone Precise Processing
Torque Spring: The spring-loaded mechanism is the core component that controls the torque output of the torque wrench. We precisely form our high-quality torque spring by firing, and we make it from high-strength spring steel. It maintains stable elasticity during use.
Ratchet Mechanism: The precisely made ratchet mechanism ensures stable torque transfer in the torque wrench. It also improves the efficiency of this wrench type. Diversitech Global ratchet mechanism consists of a ratchet gear, pawl and drive head. It is made of high-strength alloy steel, and heat-strengthening treatment has strengthened the tooth surface.
